+ When will I get my order?

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but if you’re in the USA you can expect it to take ✧approximately✧ 5- 8 business days.

Please be patient! I promise your goodies will be worth it ☺︎

+ Where's my order?

First check your shipping confirmation and make sure you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though I'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with me at help@damecoolshit.com noting your order number. I'll see what I can do to help. However, it is worth noting that because of the extremely small business nature of Dame LLC, I can not assume responsibility for lost/stolen packages that show a delivered status.

+ How are your products made?

I use a high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it fastest. I also find and use my own suppliers for particular products on occasion.

+ How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at help@damecoolshit.com.

+ I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

Well, thaaaat sucks. I'm sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help resolve this quickly, please email me at help@damecoolshit.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

+ What’s your return policy?

Contact me at help@damecoolshit.com within 72 hours of delivery if you wish to return an item. Provide the following information in your email, so I can help you as quickly as possible.

  • Name & Email (as entered when ordering)

  • Order #

  • Reason for return

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. I will not accept returns that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way.

+ Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, I will offer one size exchange per item/order. Contact me at help@damecoolshit.com within 72 hours of delivery if you need to exchange an item for a different size. Please include your order # along with the new size you would like.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. I will not accept items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way. 

+ Do you offer refunds?

Of course! If for some reason you're unhappy with your order and wish to return one of more of your products, email me at help@damecoolshit.com within 72 hours of delivery and we'll get it sorted out ☺︎

+ FYI: The purchase of holiday and sale items are final

I do not accept returns or exchanges for any item that contains a holiday-related graphic or that was purchased at a discounted/sale price.
